It was a short distance to Sinilog which was good.

It was a short distance to Sinilog which was good. Considering the holiday and having to book last moment, the price was good. I usually book on mactan to be close to the airport, but in between flights this was a good choice for our needs.

There were no complaints.

Looking forward to go back with family and friends!

My stay is one of my firsts. I was booked at a room facing the pool and the place was not that noisy, as per previous reviews. The hotel staff were very nice. The room was clean. Though I was not able to enjoy the pool at night (since pool closes @ 10pm), I was able to get my first dip in the morning right after it got cleaned. Breakfast was good, just ask the night before what's the menu so you'd know what to expect. I got bacon and eggs (your preference on how it would be cooked).

AC took a few minutes to turn up. Less varieties of food on the menu.

Old style hotel

Location...quiet..small hotel feel..staff was friendly.. Can smoke almost anywhere.. Private balcony was a plus.

The hotel is 20yrs old..but if u like a small..boutique hotel...this place is good. Breakfast was very limited. The bed sheets were a bit old..no thick blankets.

good location, need more staff

loocation was awesome. vacation hotel is very accessible. the guard offered to get a cab for us upon check out.

they did not have enough staff to clean the pool area. they had a party that night and they were unable to clean up the pool are the next day. they also gave us faulty wifi passwords. we drop by thw reception area twice.

Friendly staff We were allowed late check out 2PM without extra charge

AC! -The Ac is very old, and it did not have the sufficient power to cool the room. Room temperature during the day was 27 degrees ! In the middle of the night it had dropped to 24.. We tried to talk to the front desk.. The answer: "turn the ac to max".. duh... Construction work outside lasted most of the night. Wifi passwords that should be good for "3 devices" only worked for 1 Wifi bad speed Pool is extremely small

The staff are very accommodating and very polite.

The staff are very accommodating and very polite. Checking in the hotel and checking out is no hassle, the staff are very quick.

The downside is the room, it's not thoroughly cleaned. We saw a piece of bread hanging on the curtain, a used panty liner inside the drawer, the balcony does not have a nice pool view for trees and roof were blocking the view. Not enough outlet to plug gadgets in, the room is kind of old and we paid 4,000 for a night stay and during breakfast, no rice included in the buffet, we have to order and pay.

Good location, cool clean pool.

Location was good, not far from the malls. Rooms towards the pool are quiet. The pool was clean and invited for a swimm after city walks.

Noise from the gangway penetrates easily the doors. There was only scrambled egg beside other things for breakfast. I was asking for fried eggs and they told me they would do it for extra costs.

Could be a gold mine if some effort was put into the place .

The pool was ok

Food YUK . Lazy staff . Polite man on front desk and polite security . No management structure . It will be unfair of me to fully criticise the staff as some did appear to be working , I can only assume the owners were away !!! No entertainment, no bar to speak of. Service very slow . You will need a degree in maths and physics to work out their billing , and don't think for one minute that you have paid your bill in FULL as they will tell you that you still owe for something or other as they forgot to add something . Very tedious.
